Development & support
All bakery staff participate in a regular staff performance review. Our franchisees also use various performance tools to help you achieve success.
Corporate and bakery management employees are provided a Personal Performance Plan (PPP), which not only sets out performance goals and measures, but also captures the development needed to achieve success. Your PPP helps you see the contribution you make to the success of our business.
Our corporate employees receive an induction into the bakeries – working hands on in a bakery environment in both a sales and baking shift.
Employees and family members of COBS Bread have access to a third party Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which provides counselling and support regarding personal or work difficulties and is completely confidential.
