COBS Bread was launched in 2003, with the opening of the Edgemont Village bakery in Vancouver, BC. Its opening team included a bunch of Aussies who had travelled from a far but fell in love with our beautiful British Columbia.
These intrepid Aussies were from Bakers Delight – Australia’s most successful bakery franchise. They bought with them a proven business model and experience stemming back five generations. Today they have around 650 bakeries across Australia and New Zealand. www.bakersdelight.com.au
